I had yet another wonderful stay at this hotel, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and cleverly designed, providing a cozy yet spacious feel, but the view was a bit less than ideal due to surrounding construction. I genuinely appreciated the personal touch with a handwritten note welcoming me back; it made me feel valued. Overall, great value for my stay, and I'm excited to return again soon.

We had a wonderful stay in Melbourne, thanks to the hotel's excellent location, just a short walk from public transport and major attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making our week-long stay very comfortable. However, the noise from the nearby trains was somewhat noticeable at times, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, it's a great value for money with plenty of amenities and easy access to everything we wanted to see.
